Khadijah brings expertise in scientific research, experimental design, evidence generation and research integrity, helping ensure that environmental biotechnology development is supported by robust methodologies, defensible data and scientifically credible conclusions.

As Ecorem Tech’s Senior Research & Development Lead, she helps lead the scientific development and research integrity underpinning the company’s technology programmes. Alongside technology development, she contributes to Ecorem Tech’s Advisory & Technical Services, supporting organisations with research design, technical evidence review, experimental strategy, data interpretation and the scientific evaluation of environmental and biotechnology challenges.

Her work strengthens the connection between research questions and decision-ready evidence, ensuring that experimental approaches are appropriately designed to reduce uncertainty, test critical assumptions and provide a defensible basis for subsequent technology-development or technical decisions.

Within SEACoRe™, Khadijah contributes to experimental design, process validation, interpretation of scientific evidence and development of the evidence base required as the platform progresses through validation and pilot translation.
